Return & Refund Policy – Rash Sweden

We are proud of the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following terms apply to returns and refunds.

Returns (14 days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as when received,

  • unused,

  • with any tags still attached,

  • in its original packaging, and

  • accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages, defects and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@rashsweden.com so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the item, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the same conditions apply as above: the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund is visible in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@rashsweden.com.

Return shipping & shipping costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For approved returns, the product price is normally refunded. Any original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
